Olivia: 1 Years Old!

This little cutie is turning 1 this month!!! She is such a sweetie! Last time we got together with this family for pictures we got rained on. This time, the outside portion of our photos got rained out!!! Thankfully, we were still able to do her indoor photos! We will finish her outdoor photos next month (and pray for no rain!!!)
She was so proud of her cake smash!!! This picture cracks me up!

This face is killing me!!! How cute is she!!!! This chair was her mom's when she was a little girl! It was so fun to get pictures of her in it!

The Holmes Family

I love this family! I first met them when Sarah was pregnant with their cute little boy! She has to be nicest, sweetest person I know! We then met again when Lukas was born and had a newborn shoot! Tom serves our country, currently in Germany. He made it home just in time while Sarah was at the hospital having their baby....and he made it in time to be there with her!!! Sarah stayed in the states for just a little while, then headed back to Germany while Tom has been gone. He has mostly communicated with this little guy through modern technology. So, they are back together as a family again for a little while and they'll be headed back to Germany next week! In May, they will be moving state side again, but on the East Coast!
With all this rain this week I was worried we weren't going to be able to do our photoshoot!!! Thankfully, last minute they were able to meet up with me on Monday when the weather was gorgeous! It was so fun to see how much Lukas has grown since he was born! I love watching my client's kids grow! Here is their beautiful family! (P.S. If you signed up for the Family Mini Sessions, this is the location we will be shooting at!!!)

Family Spring Mini Sessions

I announced my Spring Family Mini Sessions on facebook, and the slots filled before I put them on the blog!!! I have decided that if at least 4 families sign up, I will open up some afternoon slots from 3:30-5:30 on Saturday, March 24th. The Family Mini Sessions will be on location (which I still need to choose, just waiting to see if we get more rain and green areas). Each session lasts 25 minutes, they begin every half hour.
Family Mini Sessions are $100, and include a cd with 5-10 edited images.
Soooo, if you want a slot let me know!!! I do need at least 4 families to make those times available!

Kid's Easter Mini Sessions!!!!

This is the cheapest I will be offering mini sessions! I'm trying to fit as many clients in as I can before I go on maternity leave this summer!!! So take advantage of this Spring Deal!!! I will be offering Kid's Mini Sessions on two different days. Saturday, March 17th, there will be 5 sessions from 9:30-12:30 in my home studio. Then, the following Friday there will be 5 more sessions from 10:30-1:00 also in my home studio.
The cost will be $60 for one child, any additional child to that session will be $10! You will receive at least 3-5 edited images on cd. (Taxes will be added). Prints will be available for purchase!
Refer a friend to the mini sessions and receive a free 5x7 print!
I also think it would be fun to have live bunnies or chicks at these sessions. (If you have access to them, and bring them for the day then I will give you a free mini session!!!)
All mini sessions will last 20 minutes, so please arrive a few minutes early so we can have you background choice set up and ready to go at your start time!!! Thanks!!!

Valentine: Kissing Booth

Happy Valentine's Day! I have had this idea brewing in my head for awhile, but since I have two girls I was needing a "boy" customer! So I borrowed my friend's little guy, Blake, who is just as cute as can be! I had tons more hearts and heart doilies to hang from the tree, but we were in a rush and the branch was too high without a ladder and the wind was blowing the few I had already hung. My friend, Stephanie, came along with her girls to help me out. These photoshoots with props are hard for me to do on my own (especially since I'm pregnant!)
