First Mini Session!!!

Wow, what a great and long day! I had 4 photoshoots today! (It was originally supposed to be 6!!!) I had a wonderful time getting to know new families and photographing some old friends. Today was my first day of mini sessions and I loved it! I will be adding some small changes for next time now that I have one under my belt and have things figured out a little bit more! So, look for some more mini sessions in the spring if you're interested!!!
Here's the first family of the day! I met their youngest when taking the preschool pictures and they hired me to do their family portraits! I am flattered!!! They had to be the easiest family to take portraits of!

Aren't these the two cutest little girls you've ever seen??They really do like eachother!!! At least, they did in front of the camera...I can't vouch for what goes on at home!!! That's all the editing I had time for today, so keep coming back to see more of today's sessions!!!

Shaunty: High School Senior

Meet the ever so talented Shaunty! Not only is this girl adorable, she is uber talented! She plays the guitar, violin, dances and does home school! I don't know how she does it all, but she does it all well! I had a great time getting to know her! (Apparently I'm getting worse at the "short and sweet" sneak peeks, because you're getting almost an albums worth here!)

It's not every day you get to sit on top of a barn and play your guitar...in heels none the less! Here's to a memorable Senior Year Shaunty!!!! You are amazing!

Constantine Family

I had so much fun getting to know this beautiful family! It was definitly a challenge to get a new baby, a 13 month old, a 4 year old and a 6 year old to all look at me at the same time, and to have two frazzled parents look like they're enjoying themselves! Thankfully their Grandma was their doing silly dances and whatever I asked to help get their attention!!!
J is 6 and has the most gorgeous, heart melting blue eyes ever! Watch out girls!!
S is 4 and was the most photogenic! She was constantly smiling, cooperative and ready for the camera...even when her little brother was kicking her in the head, she kept on posing!!! D is 1 and he's a little explorer! I chased him around and got a workout just trying to capture his picture! His mom warned me that he is a "wanderer" with no real direction or intent....boy was she right. He really just "wandered" to no where in particular, except away from me!!! He's a handsome little guy with killer blue eyes as well!
A is a beautiful baby!!! She has hair to be jealous of and has the sweetest personality!
The proud parents of the 4 cutest kids ever!

He wasn't a fan of getting his picture taken, but he was a trooper and hung in there for me!

Thank you to the Constantines! I had a wonderful time getting to know you better!!!

Silly Girls

A lot of parents are concerned that their kids are difficult to take picutres of! Let me assure you, my kids can be a nightmare to photograph!!!

See, not every photoshoot goes well! I'm bringing Daddy as a reinforcement next time!!!!

Adalyn and Camille

I got the chance to take pictures of my good friend's girls the other day! They were adorable! Adalyn just turned three and Camille is going to be 6 months old, so they were due for some pictures! We met at the Old City Cemetary for pictures! I had never been before and can't wait to go back and explore sometime, when we're not dragging 4 little kids around!

Adalyn has so much personality, and it really shows in her photos! She had the hardest time being serious and sitting still, which made some great REAL photos!Between falling out of the chair and jumping around, she gave me some of the best faces!Camille has to be the sweetest baby I know! I'm always surprised when I see happy babies, since neither of mine were. She just sat there content even when not being held or given any attention....that always makes my jaw drop! I held and bounced both of my kids for a year before that ever happened! Anyway, here is the sweetest girl!

And I know she's not smiling in this one, but I just think it's so sweet!
